As part of a Beldum colony and their evolutions, every member was expected to work as a part of the swarm. It was their mission to guard the sacred treasures of their people which gave them the power to repel any threat which sought to destabilize their peace. With the power of the little understood evolution energies at their command, their role as the guardians of the last remnants of society seemed to be set in stone. Their overconfidence was their undoing. Despite the combined intelligence and strength of the swarm, they were swept away in droves by a far superior force. The village's Elder, even with the strength of the Brace, was no match. In a last ditch effort, the Elder gave his life to protect the last survivors and channeled all of his strength into one massive eruption of energy. In their final moments, they gave the brace to Bell to hide it away and wait for a Hero to one day appear and protect these lands.

A year has passed, and Bell has settled into the Park, lying low and waiting for the prophesized day to arrive. However the world continues to turn and crumble bit by bit. What if there was no Hero who'd show up and save them? What if... it only took someone who'd have the courage to become the Hero themselves? Donning the sacred transformation brace and a suit strong enough to stand against the forces of evil, he is no longer the meek and hesitant know-it-all the village knows him as. In the darkest depths, shining as the brightest light and bringing peace to troubled times, he is hope to the hopeless, strength for the weak, a voice for the silenced.
