I've never seen any difference. It's all shipped individually to the distribution centre, then thrown into a big bag anyway. If anything, being consolidated into a big bag makes it less likely to go missing in the post. If some items are delayed, they usually just ship them separately rather than waiting.
If you're worried, video yourself opening each bag and confirming the items are in there, so you can make a claim if there is anything missing. If you have reasonable proof, the site always sides with the buyer. Even if your evidence is shit, they will usually side with you anyway unless you have a history of dubious claims (this may be different if you are from a region with a lot of scammers; the Chinese are not shy about profiling).
