been trading for a long time heres some advice. You only learn by trading, and not sure how much paper trading helps since you dont have emotions, which are the biggest part of trading. Second: don't look into the future and think whats gonna happen, look at what the chart is telling you right now, and have some plans based on your current entry. Its very hard to adapt during a position because of how emotional we are, thats why we need to have a SL planned before.

It looks like this might be the end of this cycle. The pattern formation on weekly is extremely worrying along with the retest failing. Not only this, they usually paint it like these then dump it with news, Israel will probably attack Iran soon and thats the selling signal. They already got out at the top by grabbing liquidity with the fakeouts.
I've seen this happen multiple times, I can't believe this cycle is over. Expect a 10% dump soon if israel strikes.
