Shift Up already said in the last dev notes that they intend to be lazy for August and save all the actual work for September. I could easily see them just throwing an Absolute Triple Banner with a single 3 week, 2-part event at us that they share between them. That and the new campaign chapters will "tide us over" for the month in their eyes.
