I guess this finally clears up the confusion too, where everyone thought they made the "over spec" category for the purpose of having a place to put all these upgrades, only for them to say that's not the case, and then nobody knew if that meant skins or alts, and now we finally see it's alts. Which is good because how lame would it be if they made a cool new skin and put it on a crappy character nobody actually wants to use. This is better because if you like the character enough to use the crappy version, well now you have two you can put on the same team.
