Does anyone know why Maybe-soft stopped making games after making "Change! ~Anoko ni Natte Kunkun Peropero~" in 2014? Did that game bomb so much it killed the company? Is it because normies wouldn't buy a game where you turn into a girl and there aren't enough people into this to support professional game development tailored to them?

I think it was their last game.They still sell their old legacy games to milk the cow for royalties, but they don't make games any more.

By the way, I am not much into possession myself, but a some of you people should play it or even translate the game. I played it in Japanese and the story was only alright (okay it was lackluster and the characters weren't memorable.) But it had more female POV shots and masturbation scenes than any video game or visual novel I've ever played. It should check more of the boxes of someone else who is into possession and I thought it was good jerkoff material even though I prefer gender bender and body swaps. (I know it's fiction, but I can't get over the aspect of total possession where the possessor essentially kills the person that is being hijacked. It makes it harder to get into the story because I'm not psycho enough and keep thinking about how the other person is being utterly fucked over just because one ghost wanted to masturbate as a woman for the rest of their life. At least with body swaps the other person gets to live, so I can reread those stories without that discomfort.)
