Not that I would imagine. But the fabric from what little I researched was made of cotton or wool. I suspect in terms of upper nobility they were fitted. So they would be tight fitting to the wearer. Though I don't see a lot of joined hose, they look more like separate leggings that would reach up towards the thigh. Leaving the breaches somewhat exposed. Where in the rest of your clothes would cover that exposed area. I am by no means an expert on medieval clothing and fashion so take it for what you will.
