There are two separate altchans that have banned israel IPs because they were the majority of sources that were spamming 'p.
So either a dedicated 'p spammer is using moshe IPs to falseflag (big doubt, getting residential IPs from a limited location is extremely costy and barely viable) or da joos really don't give much of a shit of some bignose spamming imageboards with vile shit.
Personally my experience has been that 90% of the 'p spam comes from brazil but I didn't run an imageboard and instead ran a pomf clone so probably not the same ordeal.
