okay, do you know anythin bout green tea with matcha? is that a decent drink to have for dieting, or should i just rely on water? i dont drink coffee at all

so far this is what i can afford diet wise
red kidney beans / black beans (16.80 for 6 cans)
basmati, brown rice (they're 8 dollars a 2kg bag)
frozen mixed veggies (8 dollars)
sardines (I get 10 of these, they go for 1.99 a pop)
chicken drumsticks (18 dollars for a 3 kg box)
I was thinking of picking up hiking mix snacks or some bundle of nut snacks (2.80 a pop)
eggs from friendly farmers (5 dollars for a dozen)
would this be sufficient or do you guys have any recommendations or swaps that you know works better?
