PTS period is taking way too long, considering we have two more weeks of it. I mean it would be perfectly justified if it wasn't for two things (off the top my head):

>PTS is there mostly to pad out the time between the seasons
That's just my speculation, but either they're running a skeleton crew or the development terribly mismanaged. To the point that fixing simple UI tooltips can't be done in a timely manner.
