Here's all the medical a chicom can hold using only one grenade pouch, one shoulder strap and a duct tape "map pouch" on the backside.

>medical sheers
>triangle bandage
>survival blankie
>mini sharpie
>hyfin twin chest seal pack ("map pouch")
>NPA (duct taped to chest seals and stored in "map pouch")
>gloves
>antiseptic towelette
>tylenol pack
>3' duct tape flat rolled on an old gift card
>2 packs of compressed gauze
>CATQ (on shoulder strap)
A compression bandage will easily fill a whole grenade pouch. The flat rolled duct tape and triangle bandage are there to substitute. Ace wrap is also good but bulkier and less versatile than a compressed triangle bandage.
It's tight and a few weeks of stretching may be necessary to cram it all in. All rectangular items are placed in the grenade pouch as you would imagine with the medical sheers stuffed in the back sticking out and gloves held down by grenade pouch flap and extra plastic from gauze. Minie sharpie and other small items stuffed at the sides.
Pulling on the extra gauze packet's plastic folded under the grenade pouch flap will extract most everything from the tightly packed grenade pouch fairly quickly.
