I'll eat my hat if this isn't a purposeful red herring and the event part 2 reveals that the ghost of red hood is influencing Rapi and making her act out of character the same way Dorothy is literally seeing the ghost of Pinne.

It's too on the nose and Rapi has been too over-the-top unfiltered for there not to be something up
