There's no such thing as "long distance relationship". It isn't a real relationship, there is no bonding at all, no matter how hard you try to cope and convince yourself otherwise. It makes me severely embarrassed to remember all the cringeworthy e-"sex" I had during my late teens, but it was ultimately a waste of time when those relationships never evolved from being mere online roleplaying, it is even more miserable than breaking up with a real one.
Getting my first actual girlfriend in real life was such a night and day different experience, since my only experiences were with online RP, so I was awkward as fuck at the beginning.
As other anons pointed out, if you are truly desperate for fake affection, just learn how to use AI.
