Concrete production releases a ton of carbon dioxide during its production so if countries start enforcing a carbon tax, house printers will need to find a new material to be economical. Plus you need a concrete plant nearby plus mixer trucks so these houses are only viable near cities or existing concrete plants. Then you need workers to install more traditional floors or a crane to lift slabs.

So maybe a whole subdivision would be viable but why not just build traditional concrete towers instead to maximise ROI on the land.
