One problem here is that human's faith also has clear limitations.
First, you're implying that just a vampirefucker is needed to make the race able to have children (it takes much more than that)
And second, human faith can't also go against logic. Believe for the reanimated corpse to have children might spit a bit in everything that nature itself sets upon.
