Why not make him more a stealth killer again? 24 meter tr on his tall as fuck frame is totally fair, not like he can rush you down, he's literally just a way fucking worse Huntress, Trickster and Freddy.
He needs some way to make long range shots actually viable for him to try, as landing max range shots feels great until they break the chain or some nigger blocks you.
That said I'll always rage at how STBFL went from a great perk that let him keep pressure to pretty dogshit from just one wacky and fun change
