I need builds with self-sustains (ammo in particular, but health too), what are yours?

Going to list the options I know of, but I'm skipping the perk that gives you a mag at 30% health and most multi kill perks since I need some more consistent stuff (in my opinion).

Class options:
>tactical: one mag of any primary weapon on executing a majoris every 30 seconds, equipment charge every 60 seconds
>assault: double tap gun strike for two armor segments
>vanguard: health on executions of majoris, extremis and terminus enemies, with prestige can restore armor with his grapple kick
>bulwark: armor every 60 seconds, heal banner
>sniper: heal on demand with the cloak, las-fusil can refund ammo with multikills, with prestige can recover primary ammo with secondary kills
>heavy: multi-melta refund on mutli-kills (which is more doable with the blast),

Weapon options:
>stalker bolt rifle: half a mag if all hit on reload
>melta rifle: same as tactical but only one shot
>multi-melta: can recover small amount of ammo on majoris kills
>instigator: same as stalker

So unless I'm missing something you get no self-sustain on secondaries, meaning that:
>tactical with a stalker or a melta gun has the best ammo self sustain if he can keep setting up executions and easiest equipment sustain, but no health self-sustain
>assault can get some extra armor on a parry but no ammo or health sustain
>vanguard gets the best execution based health self-sustain, and with both melta and instigator he gets some ammo sustain, plus armor with a prestige perk
>bulwark gets the best heal on demand but with a cooldown, plus even better armor sustain than assault
>sniper can heal on demand with a cooldown like the bulwark and as long as he can space his secondary kills on minoris he won't run out of ammo for the primary, especially if he also uses the instigator or stalker
>heavy has probably the worst self-sustain with multi-kills and majoris kills on the multi-melta

Did I miss any perks of note?
