it theoretically has launchers because some characters can launch and juggle trash mobs but the only cc that actually matters are grouping abilities
endgame is mostly about maximizing dps (through going for maximum uptime on buffs and debuffs and wasting as little time as possible on longer animations by swapping chars and obviously never getting hit for example) rather than style
i like it but its far from being a 'dmc gacha' many people pretend it is

very mixed bag that becomes even more mixed with modifiers like removal of warnings before attacks which forces you to learn all animations and memorize what moves can be parried
