So for reference, what's the final day one can join a guild? 17th on months with 31 days and 16th for months with 30?
Or does it have to be 16th/15th? I scoured the Japanese wikis for info on the subject but they just say "join on the first half of the month" and don't really have exact information. One of them even had misinfo saying you had to be in a circle for a full 15 days....
