Not really I don't really get it myself.

I get what you mean, so many to equate to Western structures.
But it kinda misses the point. This storytelling originated from a poem structure.
So you could tell a story with just four sentences.
I particularly hate pic related, because it seems to only care about screen time, and not understanding its poetism.
