The Ukranians still have airfields because Russian "guided" weapons have an abysmal CEP. for any proper modern airforce hitting a large static object with high precision is a solved problem. double, triple and quadropoly so with modern munitions like SDBs, you basically close and airfield in one single pass from stand off ranges.
