Best of luck. Yes it's quite good, I just played it myself 5 months ago and got multiple 1-ALLs after practicing the stages for a few days.
Didn't even bother with 2-ALL, it turns the game from an average Psikyo title to actually one of the hardest shmups around. The spike between the two loops is insane.

And do play the Saturn version if you want Marion.
