That's the same card as mine anon... I'm so sorry. I don't give a fuck about graphics if it compromies gameplay feel so I just put everything on lowest but the game just looks bad also. The difference between max settings and lowest settings is very minimal. As I said it's so bad, there's 0 optimization. They haven't fixed it at all since I was playing. You should check out the patch notes they're a joke
