Easy question: Get the player into the game fast, as fast as possible, anything more than 30 seconds is too long

You bring up another massive problem I almost forgot about, I like the idea of the player starting with nothing and really hate the trope where they fist have endgame gear. And I know people need to know what it feels like to be maxxed out so they know what they are even working to but I still really hate it, I love the sense of exploration and reward that comes from not knowing just how strong you can become.
