They did 728 last night.
It was a stretch and they saved up for a few nights but they're not far off from spiking on 1k waves a couple of times a week and as they get closer, it will be more and more often until it's every night.
Nork factories are likely to make it easy though I take your point on bottlenecks on electronics and engines.
I think the Norks could probably make these engines too though and they're not bad at turning out large quantities of medium-tech-level machinery.

I expect to see 1k waves next week honestly.
