>Can /v/ come up with some decent character designs from scratch?
From sincere anons, yes.
>What's the point of the thread?
The end-goal is to have developed character designs that can be modeled, textured, rigged and rendered for public use at a later date.
>Are you trying to get something out of this?
Yes. I want to know that people here can still feel passionate enough about something to put in a measure of effort. Collaboration is good for the soul.
>What can I do?
If you're not confident in your ability for any one particular practice as part of this process; you can still provide support in other ways and contribute in what you can if the need is there.
>How do I start?
We'll begin by focusing on either providing detailed descriptions or to sketch out our own respective character designs.
I'd reccommend keeping things simple to start out with.
If you absolutely struggle visualizing a design, you can also submit stuff made with the assistance of AI. I won't demonize you for it. We're just trying to get ideas put forward at this stage.
>What comes after submitting a design?
We talk, refine if and where necessary befoe making adjustments.
>What comes after that?
When we've reached a satisfactory design, we can move on to working on a basic character sheet.
>How do we keep tabs on progress?
I'll leave it to you to decide.
If you have any further questions; please feel free to ask alongside your own submissions.
