That's my point. It wasn't an immediate, sudden shift, but you can look back at history and see the ORI was the point where things were beginning to shift, even if the set itself was pretty harmless. I actually like a handful of the cards from it, like Tragic Arrogance, Chandra's Ignition and The Great Aurora, but these are acceptable losses if I'm in the mindset of trying to make a better format.
