Power > Stamina = Speed.
Give her enough Wit to go AFK during mid race in order to consistently activate her unique.
Give her a parent with long genes to get her long to at least B for a chance to actually win her long race goals.
Accel + last spurts skills are good for her.
Focus on stamina and power during the classics, after the classics is over, focus on speed to help her deal with the mandatory short G1 race.
If you win the final optional Arima Kinen with her, you can unlock a secret event that boosts some of her stats.
