Some back and forth and she tells you that women have never had arms (they evolved without them) before asking if you're feeling okay. In this universe, male family members cater to female ones. It's one thing to have to wear a dress, but another thing entirely to have a dress out on you by your brother, have him wipe your ass etc.

It solves the "building power lines problem" because men are still around unchanged to have done that
