One of the few official images we have of the the throne is that one image they used in the TTS series. Basically what pic related is, my pic is fanmade however.
And if GW ever did anything and fully revealed what the throne looks like in modern day it'd probably just look like that because that's what 99% of the fanbase expects but it is also one of the most recognizable and iconic parts of 40k.
