She (Kalyn the Blue Genie) finally picks the little shit up, and gives him attention that Liz (The Fox) normally has to give him, but isn't changing him even though hes blasted that daiper long ago, basically at the beginning of Liz's vacation. Shes back now and she's trying to get to Felix to change him but Kalyn won't put him down for her.
