It's meant to look like a fetus. This is Victim, an NPC in Overlord. He and all the NPC's in the MC's guild base were transferred to the NW, including the tomb that's their base itself. Victim's role was to guard the 8th floor from enemy player invaders, back when they were in the DMMO. He was only level 35, but he had a unique build they gave him that would spam debuffs constantly. Upon his death, he'd explode, and since everyone was filled with like 20 debuffs, it would either kill them or let other NPCs finish the job.
