Oh, there's so much I'd like to show her. So many dishes local and foreign, savoury and sweet, simple and complex that I'd love to see her enjoy. Some nice stracciatella gelato from a local shop seems like a good place to start.

Can't speak for him or for everyone of course, but I'm impressed myself by how neat and clear the image it outputs is. Very pleasantly surprised by this machine.
