we have an 8tb nas storage for our stores surveilance systems. its full. i deleted all the videos old enough to delete, must have been 50gb worth of surveilance footage. Now heres the problem, even though i just deleted 50gb worth of material i somehow only have 700mb of free space now. wtf? there is no garbage bin or anything, the nas even tells me everytime i delete something, that it will be all gone non retrievable.
I dont know shit about it hardware, can somebody explain this?
