In the end all will be decided by Unlimited Void Vs Golden Rotation.
Both Johnny and Gojo have no direct counters to these moves other than not being hit, if Johnny gets hit by UV he's done, if Gojo gets hit by the infinite rotation he's done.
This creates a scenario where we either go for a quick draw or we analyse for ways to disrupt the other's Trump Card.
In a QuickDraw Johnny might win if they go for highballs but since Gojo is faster in low and midballs he also has a good chance at winning this way.
So when it comes to weaknesses between these wincons we have

-Kill the horse
That would shut down his access to the golden rotation... In the long run, Even without his horse Johnny retains the Infinite rotation for a while so it wouldn't affect him immediately (and EOS Johnny can walk so that wouldn't cripple his mobility)
-Kill Johnny before he can shoot
Just kill him lmao
>Gojo
-Break the domain
That would shut down his Cursed technique... In the long run, a domain's sure hit remains for a bit before breaking so it wouldn't immediately affect Gojo
-Kill him before he can cast the domain
Just kill him lmao
-prevent the barrier from closing
A domain's sure hit effect is imbued within it's barrier, if the barrier can't be completed with a spiritual or physical mean it can't cast the sure Hit effect.

So Gojo's best bet is killing the horse while Johnny's best bet is either killing Gojo directly or use Tusk's ability to force anything to open to prevent Gojo's domain from closing (although this is a bit of a reach since we don't know how either ability would work in such conditions, but even if he can't do that Johnny always can escape the domain with act 3 or go underground with act 4 to escape Gojo's domain and attack from bellow)

Overall Johnny's superior stats, hax, should give him the win against Gojo's Trump Card.
