Is life worth living if you can't be at least a little bit zesty with your gf/wife/partner? Hell, I like being masculine with men, I like being myself with the people I love. If they don't love me for being me, then there's no use.

I feel like the thing that makes people lose the most weight, at least fats without compromising the muscles, is cardio. Just full body exercise. That's what makes me lose weight really quickly while also toning my body.
