2x6 110 kgs, 1x4 115 kgs leg extensions (new pr, asked myguy 1 to help me lift out the 115 kgs on the first rep by aiding just a little bit as I was already tired but wanted to hit a new pr anyway)

Technogym plate loaded model. I can't compare it to any other hip thrust machines as so far this is the only one I tried. I should have tried the cable hip thrust machine in the kino gym I visited that is too far away from me for my liking, but there were too many people and I did not want to look zesty.
Anyway, it's not that bad I'd say. It even has two points on it where you can attach resistance bands instead of using weight to make the lift even harder. Without bands I'd say the upper 1/4 rom is much easier than the bottom 3/4, and by the machine being made in a way so that you can attach bands to it, you can turn that around and make the top 1/4 the hardest part of the ROM.
Also, did an inbody test today, and according to it I gained 1,5 kgs total weight out of which 0,8 kg is muscle 3 and a half weeks. The bulk was succesful I'd say. Then again, I'm not trusting the machine as months ago when I increased weights consistently, for 3 months straight it measured 0,0 kg difference in muscle. And now out of nowhere it measures 0,8 kgs in 3 and a half weeks, which imho, should not be possible at 1+ years of lifting as you're past the stage of newbie gains.

Can't find the exact model so it must be an older model. While it's somewhat different from, it's probably closest to picrel.
Max weight you can load is probably 200 kgs, but I don't think the stick is strong enough to hold that weight for a long time without getting a bit deformed. 160 kgs is the max I'm willing to load on it I guess.

You put weights on both ends, and there's some small bars you can hold onto with your arms behind you to grab onto. It has an adjustable airplane belt that you adjust so it is tightly around your waist. Then you just push.

After travelling, living abroad and always wanting to be an adventurer, I realized personally that a simple life is actually much more fulfilling to me. There's nothing wrong with hanging up your hat and putting your feet up on the desk.
Being financially stable, fit, young is quite the achievemnt already.
Life experience is just the cherry on top and what would bring you peace of mind and social skills.

Conclusion: life experience is always good but don't sweat it if your current lifestyle satisfies you already. Sadly the only way to do that is to actually go out there and see if you like it or not.

Breizhanon the apartment door has been successfully sealed with silicone, picrel is what it now looks like after it's dried out. Well, for a start, the bus terminated early due to roadworks (checked on google maps just before I left, didn't mention anything about that), so even though I left way early, I still had to scurry around the streets of London like a rabid sewer rat trying to get there on time, getting lost and having to backtrack a couple of times. I think fasts that long are not optimal for building muscle and lowering your bf%.
Like OMAD is fine, still not optimal but 72 hours is really bad.
Your body can't store aminoacids (the component of proteins), which is the stuff it builds and maintain muscle with, so if you don't eat them regularly eventually your body will be unable to repair muscle and organ damage.
Also, a salad doesn't sound like too many calories even with cheese on it.

Just sit the situp bench at -20 degrees, hold a 20 kg medicine ball in your hands, then just man up and do situps without bitching. Piece of shit exercise but it definitely made my abs stronger.
