I got nicely defined arms shoulders and back now after a year and a half of lifting but I still can't see my abs even tho my stomach is flat and hard when poking it
I literally only ate two meals for the entirety of last week so I thought if it was a bit of fat left it'd go away but I barely see any progress abs wise even with a whole month of cutting now
