3-3-0 tempo bench press 1x2, 2x1 with 150 kg, 2x3, 1x4 with 130 kg.
Incline bench press 3x8 with 95 kg.
Dumbbell OHP 3x8 with 30 kg.
Tricep extensions 3x12 with 45 kg.

Today I went heavy on the bench press to test if I was right on my RIR estimations and I was correct, the 150 single was supposed to have 1 RIR and it had that, and the triples were also supposed to have 1 RIR and they had that.

People always start with just an energy drink or a coffee but over the long term they keep increasing the amount they drink until it's too much, that's why I think it's better to generally avoid it and only use it when you really need.

Very enjoyable, the ending is probably the worst part though which always sours it a bit, I read the manga and didn't watch the anime ending but apparently they fixed it a little so the overall experience in the anime is way better.

Haven't watched, also it has a weird thing where some of the seasons of the anime weren't canon to the manga so then when the anime came back they omitted some aspects of the manga that weren't shown in the anime so it's very confusing.

Only watched the first season and the movie, then the anime took too long to come back and I stopped with it, but when I was watching it I enjoyed it and they don't pussyfoot around the relationship between the main characters which is refreshing to see in an anime.
