I usually leave 1 RIR, maybe 2, on squats tbf. It's just that for a whole ass year I had no idea we had a power rack fr fr. It's on a completely different floor and in a room which has nothing to do with weightlifting as it is full of punching bags and not weights. I should have nonetheless peeked there much earlier. Sadly one of the two safeties get stuck around 45 degrees when I put them on so I can't use them that way but maybe I'm just inserting it wrong idk. I always do them as 10th, 11th, and 12th sets, however, my front delts already have been stimulated by 6 sets of incline bench by then (1-6th sets). Should I just do ohp as the first exercise for some weeks if I want to increase the weight further, or do you think that even if I stopped doing shoulder presses, my shoulder press would still improve in the long run because of the high amount of inclines?
Also, you should do some bulgarian split squats.

It can make sense to change it to do your OHP first if you want to focus on it more and test your strength in it, if you do the same total volume your gains would be similar with any order of exercise, but you will be able to move more weight in the OHP by doing it first.

You shoulder presses would improve in the long run if you dropped them but I don't see a reason to drop them, I don't think the volume you are currently doing is too high, so generally more volume should lead to more gains.

Also, I don't think I'm able to push myself as close to failure in Bulgarian split squats as I can on leg presses because they are mentally harder for me and I know that I won't' be able to be motivated to do them close to failure regularly, and being close to failure in training is definitely correlated with higher hypertrophy.

The gains that that particular set gives you wouldn't be the same, but your total gains would be.
Let's say hypothetically you do 3 sets incline bench at 30 kg and 3 sets of OHP at 20 kg, both to failure.
Now you change the order, your shoulders are fresher for the OHP so you do 22 kg with the same sets and reps, then when you go to the incline bench your shoulders are tired so you can do less and only do 28 kg with the same sets and reps, because your shoulder couldn't push as much this time.
In all cases you have taken your shoulders close to failure in all the sets, so your gains for your shoulder should be similar.

I don't see how using leverage of 5 on an investment that can't be assed to move more than 0,5% a day is worse than not using leverage on an investment that moves 2,5% a day. One of them is easier to predict than the other and the price movements are equal thanks to the use of leverage. And it's not like you are forbidden from using stop loss and take profit.
