1x7 110 kgs, 2x5 112,5 kgs calves (both weights are new prs)
Mental how ALMOST adding a 5th clean rep only took one session while ALMOST adding a 4th clean rep took me some weeks (which should be 10-12 sessions).

I also tried imitating it by setting the safeties of the smith machine at collarbone level, and instead of sitting I was standing, but imho it's shite.
