Wanted to do high bar squats but left knee was hurting so I was like fuck it, I'll just do push instead of legs. Then I was like fuck that too and just did BSS instead of normal squats. Left knee stopped hurting after first set too. Had to use straps on the second set because for some reason my palms were so sweaty that I just couldn't hold the dumbbells. RDLs felt piss easy, also doing them beltless feels much better than with a belt as I don't feel like throwing up at the bottom of the ROM. As for the leg press, I feel like I could go heavier in weight but this shit feels dangerous af at the bottom of the ROM so I rather use a smaller weight and keep 2-3 RIR. I was just trying to point out that not all Americans are of European descent, and they don't all speak English, and they're not all Christian. I don't like winter, but being in 40°C is annoying.

When I was in HIGHSCHOOL I preferred summer over winter, but it was mostly due to the fact that winter depressed me too bad and would give me health issues. It's not even a preference thing, it's a health concern.
