I deleted every dating app around late May. I would say the game gets slightly better with each new version

Incline db bench got cockblocked again by arms. Had a sesh with a personal trainer (aka myguy1) so he checks things for me. Now that my 'nitis is getting better, he recommends that I add back bicep exercises to my pull sesh, except that unlike previously aiming at low rep high weight, I should work on high weight and low rep. Also told me my cable tricep extension form sucks ass so I should pay more attention to it, and also decrease weight and increase rep on all isolations (2rm lat raise chuds btfo, bodied those freaks like me) as they should be better and help with the problem I experience on db incline bench.
I'll also lower chest volume as it's clearly much stronger according to him than it should be, and instead add more sets to front delts and triceps.
