If I can keep consumption at around 1800 kcals on lifting days, and focus on reps instead of weight and add 10 mins of cardio at the end of the sesh I think I'll get rid of this excess weight I got during the bulk real soon.

I'm starting the cut today. I postponed the start as I wanted to hit some new prs and how I thought we were going to hit chest together with myguy1 which we did not because he had to fuck off to do the needful. I'm probably going to woolkmaxx on the vacation, so that'll also aid a lot. So no idea how fast I'll lose the weight. I'll increase my protein slop consumption and drink 2 protein shakes a day (50 g brotein and should be around 250 kcals). Might also add low fat cheese back to my diet (230 kcal, 35 g brotein iirc). I'm also cutting out all sweets.
