Bought a kilo of white chocolate and strawberry flavoured brotein. While I can't taste the white chocolate that much, the taste of the brotein when mixed with milk reminds me a lot of those (probably chupa chups?) lollipops I used to munch on as a kid.

By the end of the day my calorie consumption should be around 1400 calories.
If I can keep consumption at around 1800 kcals on lifting days, and focus on reps instead of weight and add 10 mins of cardio at the end of the sesh I think I'll get rid of this excess weight I got during the bulk real soon.

I'm starting the cut today. I postponed the start as I wanted to hit some new prs and how I thought we were going to hit chest together with myguy1 which we did not because he had to fuck off to do the needful. No idea when we'll have a kino sesh together, and I'm not going to keep bulking until our sesh just so I can lift heavier than earlier.
I'm probably going to woolkmaxx on the vacation, so that'll also aid a lot. So no idea how fast I'll lose the weight. I plan on losing 4 kgs and go back to the weight I was at when I was fasting after getting back home from the ER. I have 4 kgs to get rid of. I'll increase my protein slop consumption and drink 2 protein shakes a day (50 g brotein and should be around 250 kcals). Might also add low fat cheese back to my diet (230 kcal, 35 g brotein iirc). I'm also cutting out all sweets.
