By the end of the day my calorie consumption should be around 1400 calories.
If I can keep consumption at around 1800 kcals on lifting days, and focus on reps instead of weight and add 10 mins of cardio at the end of the sesh I think I'll get rid of this excess weight I got during the bulk real soon.
