failed warmup on snatch grip ohp (cleaning that shit sucks ass, I might try again in the future except lifting it straight from the rack instead of cleaning it)

It was an okay sesh and I really enjoyed doing front delts before chest, but I should have added some sets of abs too in hindsight.
