You should try doing them unilaterally, it'll add like 5 more mins to your workout. Removing imbalance in power output in your quads should also aid with the squat ig. My right leg was lagging a bit behind but now I can do the same amount of reps with both.
Then again you know more than me so just don't take advice from me or however the safeties are set. Btw I'll hit legs tomorrow with myguy so I really want to go past 107,5 kgs of weight on squats, but my knees feel like shit atm so I might focus on higher reps instead of weight. We'll see, but I kinda want to attempt 3pl8s if things are fine.
