1x3 15 kgs, 2x7 12,5 kgs unilateral tricep extensions (I usually don't use any attachment on unilateral lat pulldowns, but today I used a rope that you are supposed to grab with one arm only, and I think it weighted around half a kilo, so technically the weight was more like 14,5 and 12 kgs)
