Strong ass nigga. Sadly our incline bench is so shit noone uses us. It both feels wobbly lifting the weight and lifting on it also hurts your neck. Everyone feels this way, not just me. So we can only incline bench dbs or use the smith machine.
Lately I feel like dropping free weight, and just using machines (especially pec deck), but if I don't spam incline my upper chest is going to lag behind the lower and middle chest. Se acabó.

I wasted a lot of time on bideo gayms, especially when I was 13-21 yrs old. I probably have a shitton of hours in league. I don't even want to look up online how much of playtime there is on my account.
