Found out that it's possible to decline the bench used for dbs and the smith machine by negative 5 degrees. So I told myguy who has been a personal trainer in the gym for like a decade now that "ayo lad did you know you can DECLINE the fucking bench" and even after a decade he had absolutely no idea. Will definitely be using that as it feels comfy as fuck. Added another 2,5 kgs to pec deck which makes it now 12,5 kgs since the penultimate time I used it. Added 2,5 kgs to tricep extension too (with the straight bar attachment). Finally managed to add 2,5 kgs to machine lat raise too, fucking finally. Sadly db incline bench felt like shit.
